My Dimplex Electric Fire BF7402 is back working as good as new with a replacement Fire Bar - 800W at fixing centres 637 mm (25 and 1/16"). This product is fantastic!
Due to the fact I have a serious medical condition that damaged my bowels I am required to do large droppings, which in turn has blocked my drains over and over again.
Luckily I went online to find my solution and came up with the Drain Rod set shown here, I am very lucky to have such an experience with this set and I am very glad that I can finally stop smelling my own feces in my household.

A reliable pump for clearing excess water from my drainage pond - working several hours at a time and lifting water 2 metres high prior to discharge. No problems
so far.Didn't want a float switch but got one anyway so have to tie up switch in
upright position .....may come in handy for other applications though.

Product Review: Ridgid K-45AF-5 Autofeed Drain Cleaning Machine Kit - 230v
Great heavy duty machine. You are getting a lot of machine for your money if you buy this. The product I purchased is much better than the slightly cheaper option (cheaper option is machine only with one 8mm cable), as in addition to the machine you get a sturdy professional steel carry case, another operating cable (0ver 10 metres in length and thicker at 10mm), heavy duty operating gloves, and the tool set with all of the different cable ends and cutters. The small difference in price between the two options makes the more expensive option the best option by far.
If you only need a machine for smaller household pipes I dont think there is a need to buy the bigger drain cleaning machines that can run to massively over the

The TP5000 Si is an easy to install-and-use 5/2 day programmable room thermostat which offers up to six time and temperature changes each day with different programmes for weekdays and weekends.
Battery powered for ease of installation, the TP5000 Si has a large, easy-to-read LCD display. It is easy to programme and operate because of a built-in switching programme that the user can easily change to suit individual heating requirements. A big plus with the TP5000 Si is that it incorporates a real time clock and calendar function which eliminates the need for time-setting and BST/GMT time changes. Description: Welcome to Winflo, the worlds' first quick release radiator valve.
This valve was born out of necessity, to alleviate the problems associated with trying to remove a radiator
from situ, making the task of papering, painting and cleaning an easy one. This can be carried out while the heating system is still running, minimising inconvenience.
When the outer collar is rotated, the valve splits in two parts, allowing the radiator to be lifted from situ.
Poppet valves in the top and bottom sections spring closed, keeping the water in the radiator and the pipework simultaneously. No tools are required, and no closing of the control valves is necessary.
To reconnect, simply reverse the above procedure.

Description: The solenoid assembly is plumbed in on the water supply to the urinal cistern. The connection to the infrared sensor is made either by directly mounting the sensor module onto the solenoid or by using the 'floating socket' supplied for a remote mounting. If mounted remotely, the sensor module may be:
Surface mounted using a standard pattress box.
Recessed into a suspended ceiling using the 'flush mounting kit' (FMK), supplied with the IRC as standard.
If the sensor detects no occupancy in 12 hours it will automatically open the valve for 30 minutes to allow one flush of the cistern to rinse the urinals and pipe work.
The sequence is designed to maximise battery life, giving approximately 3 years' life from one good quality set of batteries.
The flow rate of the water into the cistern is adjustable to maximise water economy. Generally this should be set so that the cistern flushes once every time the valve is opened. i.e. every 30 minutes during occupation.
The solenoid is supplied with an interchangeable valve seat which is used to increase the flow to the cistern on low pressure supplies.

A good price and good delivery. I was surprised to find the rubber plunger only had a rubber thread and not a metal thread as in the picture. I managed to get it stuck down my septic tank pipe and pulled it off the rods so now in tank somewhere.
