A good price and good delivery. I was surprised to find the rubber plunger only had a rubber thread and not a metal thread as in the picture. I managed to get it stuck down my septic tank pipe and pulled it off the rods so now in tank somewhere. They did however replaced the plunger free of charge.Have swept chimney with no problem and satisfied with them
